Basic Ingredients:
1 large section of ginger root (peeled and minced)
1 small green garlic bulb
1-2 tsp. soy sauce
2 spring onion bulbs (quartered)
jalapeno olive oil
sesame oil
1 meyer lemon (juiced)
Other Ingredients:
1/2 package of firm tofu (cubed)
1 red bell pepper
oyster or shitake mushrooms
carrots
snow peas
tomatoes
asparagus
